Business Analyst with strong Life & Pension experience
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience from the Life & Pension domain who thrives in complex system landscapes and wants to make a real impact. You will join our Plexus Product Operation Team, working with our pension administration solution used by leading providers in Denmark, the Netherlands snd Norway.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and IT, translating complex pension requirements into scalable solutions. You will play a key role in improving and developing a core system, with direct impact on how complex pension products are managed and delivered.
Key about the role
Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Business Analysts, developers, and customers on bug analysis and new feature development
Analyze complex requirements within the Life & Pension domain and translate them into structured and scalable solutions
Analyze system behavior and identify root causes to drive improvements and ensure stable solutions
Contribute to solution design and challenge assumptions to ensure the best outcome
Translate customer needs into clear and actionable development and test tasks
Identify and define system changes needed to support new features and evolving customer requirements
Work in an agile setup with two-week sprints and flexibility to reprioritize when needed
Key about your team
You will join the Product Operation team, where we focus on product setup and configuration.
The team consists of 20 colleagues across two scrum teams, based in Copenhagen and Hyderabad, India. We work closely across locations and take shared responsibility for solving complex challenges and delivering high-quality solutions.

Strong experience within the Life & Pension domain is essential, with a solid understanding of pension products, policies, or administration processes
You have 5+ years of experience working within the Life & Pension domain
Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role between business and IT
Comfortable working with complex IT systems and motivated by understanding and improving them
Experience working systematically with requirements and supporting development processes
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to investigate complex issues
Experience working in an agile setup
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
Confident communication skills in English
A relevant degree is an advantage, but your experience within pensions and your ability to bridge business and IT are key to success in this role.
